By applying for incubation through our platform, the applicant agrees to comply with all relevant policies, procedures, and terms established by the organization. These may be updated periodically and will be binding once published on our official website.

Application & Membership Activation:

Incubation support is initiated once a completed application form is submitted along with the applicable fees. A confirmation receipt will be issued upon receipt of payment. The incubation term will begin from the date the application is accepted, for a standard duration of twelve (12) months or as mutually agreed.

Payment & Renewal Policy:

An invoice for renewal will be issued prior to the expiry of the current term. Renewal fees must be paid before the due date to continue receiving incubation services. Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

Suspension & Termination:

If payment is not received within seven (7) days of the renewal date, all services and benefits may be suspended. The organization reserves the right to recover any benefits availed during the period of non-payment.

Refund & Cancellation:

Membership or incubation support, once activated, is non-refundable under any circumstances, including voluntary cancellation by the member.

Transferability:

Membership or incubation support is strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the registered individual or organization.

Service Modifications:

The organization reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service offered under the incubation program at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Policy Updates:

These Terms & Conditions are subject to periodic revision. Any such revisions will become effective once published on our official website, and continued use of services implies acceptance of the modified.
